Diagnosis Before Parts

How We Approach the Repair

Contribution testing

Cylinder balance and contribution data helps identify whether one cylinder behaves differently and under which conditions.

Control-system checks

We verify wiring, voltage, fuel delivery and high-pressure oil or rail pressure before blaming an injector.

Injector replacement

When testing supports replacement, the repair includes the seals, calibration steps and verification appropriate to the engine family.

What We Test

  1. 01

Reproduce the symptom hot, cold or under load.

  2. 02

Compare cylinder contribution and control data.

  3. 03

Rule out supply, pressure, wiring and compression issues.

  4. 04

Replace only the confirmed failed components and verify the result.

Common Questions

Should all injectors be replaced at once?

Not automatically. Age, contamination, test results and labor overlap all matter. We explain the options after diagnosis.

Can injector stiction cause a 6.0 to run rough cold?

It can, but poor glow-plug performance, low fuel pressure and mechanical condition can create similar symptoms, so testing matters.
