No-Start Questions

Should I keep cranking a Powerstroke that will not start?

Repeated long cranking can drain and damage batteries and the starter without solving the cause. Stop, note what the truck did, and call — in most cases we diagnose it where it sits, so no tow is needed.

Can you diagnose a truck that only fails when hot?

Yes. Hot no-start testing may require operating the truck until the fault occurs so pressure, voltage and control data can be captured during the failure.

Do I need to tow the truck to you?

Usually not. We're a mobile service — no-start diagnosis happens at your home, business or job site within 50 miles of Tampa. Call with the symptom and the truck's location first.
